Plenty of great food for meals. Recently refurbished room with a view to sea. Easy to get to, favourable location right by Ita Thao pier and Ropeway. Again, walking distance to Yidashao Wharf;)))

I had a really pleasant stay at a hotel near Sun Moon Lake. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and provided me with all the necessary information. The rooms were modern, clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry dock and cable car station, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast provided was sufficient and filled me up for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location.

Modest and fairly clean hotel with best stuff and particularly nice views to the mountains and the street market. Clean and simple place, has nice views to the mountains and the street market. Overall the room is a nice size, recently renovated and includes climate control, flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. The bar serves coffee and tea in the morning. The location is amazing and ideal with free parking available on-site. Excellent service and the food is good. In fact, there is very good internet.

Incredible front desk staff who went above and beyond to provide helpful information and spoke excellent English. The hotel's location couldn't be better, right by the lake and the night market. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like slippers and free drinks in the mini fridge. The Japanese-style bento breakfast was delicious and filling. an amazing stay!

Great location right by the street market and Ita Thao street. Hotel facilities and staff are clean and accommodating. Convenient parking. Breakfast diversity is impressive.

Good location close to marina and "night" market, modern and roomy room, helpful reception, value for money, filling and delicious breakfast.

It was all superb.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff here were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. They were always ready to provide helpful recommendations for things to do around Sun Moon Lake. Plus, the location was perfect. Being right next to the night market and just a short walk to the lake made exploring the area so convenient. The room itself was spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a nice big bathroom. this hotel really offered great value for money.

Had a blast providing my negative test result not older than 72 hours. Used the bikes and Wi-Fi while enjoying the high standard service. Ate at the in-house restaurant and had water sports access - so much to do!

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a high-standard bathroom and even free water bottles. The location is excellent, right in the night market area, close to restaurants, the little shopping area, and the pier. And to top it off, breakfast is included!

No issues, everything was perfect.

We stayed at a hotel in Sun Moon Lake that is conveniently located right at the Ita Thao street, next to the "night" market and close to the marina. The room was clean but small, with a tiny window that didn't allow for much light. The bathroom was standard, with no special amenities, and the breakfast was average, with limited options. However, the staff was friendly and helpful and there were free bikes available to explore the area.

The soundproofing was not great, and we were constantly disturbed by the noise coming from outside and the hallway.
